Through a few simple rules, you can access all areas of the facility and enjoy our services; only the water slides area is subject to specific regulations for access by people with disabilities.

By purchasing a ticket, the customer expressly agrees to the following general conditions of Laguna Park, its services, attractions and events.
Art.1 All users of the facility must take notice of these regulations and may not plead ignorance of them.
Art.2 Children under 12 must remain under adult supervision inside the entire park including the pool and slides.
Art.3 Service personnel are authorized to intervene to enforce these regulations and may expel any violators.
Art.4 The management shall not be liable in any way for any accidents, injuries, or otherwise, which may occur to bathers due to behavior attributable to them, especially if in violation of these regulations.
Art.5 The administration reserves the right to close the facility at any time for safety reasons, in case of inclement weather conditions or prolonged power failure without providing any partial or full ticket refund.
