Our staff is always ready to listen to you to offer you a memorable day in the heart of Lake Trasimeno.
To answer your doubts, we have collected some of the most frequently asked questions, divided by topic:

What are the opening hours of the water park?

Lagun Park is open from Monday to Friday 10AM – 7PM during weekends 9AM – 7PM.

Do you have a half-day ticket?

The half-day ticket starts from 2:30PM and costs 8€ from Monday to Friday; 10€ on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Is it mandatory to pre-book my tickets?

No, booking is not mandatory, however if you do so you can reserve your preferred position of the parasol as well as the number of sunbeds you need. We recommend to book your tickets here.

Is it mandatory to rent parasols and sunbeds?

No, if you prefer you can lie down on our beautiful green grass that surrounds the pool with your own towel.

Do I have to pay if I am not going to bathe in the pool?

Yes, you do. To access the water park it is mandatory to pay the entry ticket even if you do not wish to bathe. Our entrance bar, however, is also open to outside customers.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept most card payments (no AMEX) and cash.

What is included with the entry ticket?

The entry ticket allows access to the park’s swimming pool with jacuzzi, the slides, the play area and all the services.
You have a guaranteed parasol while availability lasts and you can purchase up to 6 sunbeds per parasol on the lawn or up to 4 by the pool.
In the absence for a seat or parasol available you will always be notified in advance by our staff and alternatively you can enjoy the shade of our olive trees.

What are the rules and regulations of the water park?

Can I exit and enter the park within the same day?

Yes, you can. Before leaving the park you are required to stop by the ticket office and ask for a stamp which will allow you to re-enter during the same day with no additional cost.

Are pets allowed in the park?

Yes, pets are allowed into a dedicated area of the park, in order to respect the hygenic rules. They must not enter the pool area.

Is it possible to take a shower?

Yes, you can find free showers with hot and cold water in our changing rooms.

Is it mandatory to wear a swimming cap?

Yes, it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap while in the water and on the slides for hygenic reasons.

Is it a water park just for kids?

No, it’s not. Our water park is for everyone who is wishing to spend a relaxing day surrounded by nature.

What happens in case of bad weather?

In case of bad weather the park will promptly communicate the closure for the day on Laguna Park social network accounts; if the weather conditions get worse while the park is already open the management has the right to close for the day and tickets will not be refunded.

How deep is the pool?

Our pool has a depth starting from 10 cm (3 in) to 130 cm (4 ft 3 in).

What is the minimum age to access slides and pool games?

There is not a minimum age to access the pool games and the slides. On the other hand 1m minimum height is required to access some slides; there is no limit for the playground area.
Kids must not be left unattended at any time.

At what age are children allowed to enter the park unaccompanied?

Kids over 12 years old can enter the park without being accompanied by any adult.

Can I bring inflatables into the pool?

No, you can’t. It is not allowed.

My child only eats plain pasta. Do you serve it?

Yes, we do. You can check out our food menu here.

Can I organize a birthday party at your park?

Yes, you can. We can help you organize your birthday party and any other events upon reservation. For further information do not hesitate to call the number +39 075 545 77 88.

Can I eat at the park?

Yes, you can. We have two kiosks where you can find hot food, salads, sandwitches, snacks, ice-creams and a large selection of drinks and cocktails. Look at the Menu.

Do you also offer aperitifs?

Yes, both park and external customers can have an aperitif with us.

Can I bring food and beverages from home?

Yes, you can consume your own food and beverages. At Laguna Park you can find two kiosks and a barbecue area, available at an additional cost.

Is it possible to buy swimming caps and other pool accessories at Laguna Park?

Yes, it is. You can find swimming caps, arm floaties, swimming glasses and suncreams at our kiosks. We do not sell swimming costumes or flip-flops.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, we do have lockers (payment required).

Where can I park?

You can park for free in the vicinity of the water park.

Can I park my camper?

Yes, you can. Campers can be parked in the parking areas outside of the water park.
